Brook Blackburn offers a free and confidential counselling service for people aged 13-24.
Counselling is a place to talk and to be heard, without judgement. It helps you look at difficult situations and get a better understanding of what is happening or has happened. It can also be a space where you can talk things through and work towards making decisions.
This service is for young people aged 13-24, living in East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen.
