Blackburn with Darwen Condom Distribution Service

The Condom Distribution Service, also known as the WRAPPED Scheme, lets you access free condoms, internal condoms (femidoms) and lube from a number of outlets. It is free for anyone aged 13 or over living in Blackburn with Darwen.

How does it work?

To be able to use the WRAPPED Scheme in Blackburn with Darwen, you will first need to visit one of our Condom Distribution Service outlets to register.

When you register, you will be asked a few simple questions such as how old you are, your postcode and your contact details. The provider will also make sure that you understand how to use condoms effectively. All the information you provide is confidential and will not be passed on to anybody else.

Once you have registered, you can keep returning to the same outlet to pick up free condoms and lube. You can also go to any of the other Condom Distribution Service outlets, but they may ask you to complete the registration process again the first time you visit them.
